The Synergy Consulting Group has been retained by the highly acclaimed Desert Glory Tomato Company. Desert Glory Tomatoes are well known by highly respected chefs for its natural sweetness, rich tomato flavor and unique taste. Desert Glory markets its tomatoes under the Nature Sweet brand to leading grocery stores across the nation. Desert Glory owns and operates the largest independently owned greenhouse operation in North America. "Our goal is to show operators the value of this sweet and under utilized tomato through innovative menu development and WOW plate presentations. This sweet tomato is so unique that once operators have the opportunity to taste it there will be no doubt in their mind that it is a superior product. In today's competitive environment if you're not all about flavor, it's difficult to compete. The Desert Glory tomato compliments all salads and has a wide range of center of the plate menu applications. Besides the rich flavor, the other obvious benefits are the tomato's durability, labor saving advantages and branding opportunities."
The Synergy Consulting Group has been retained by The Ruby's Restaurant Group, which operates 39 full-service 1940's style diner concepts and is headquartered in Newport Beach, California. Ruby's was founded two decades ago and operates seventeen of the 1940's style restaurants, and franchises twenty-two of the full-service restaurants in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Missouri, Nevada, New York, and Pennsylvania. Synergy will work closely with the senior management team to develop innovative food processing solutions that will improve overall operations. "Our goal is to help the Ruby's Diner chain become even more successful by assisting in improving throughput, identifying ways to reduce front and back of house labor, and providing strategic kitchen design recommendations."
The Synergy Consulting Group has been retained by Paramount Farms to help introduce its innovative line of toasted, seasoned almond products and roasted pistachio products to the foodservice industry. Paramount Farms, the nation's largest grower/processor of almonds and pistachios, markets its products under the nationally recognized Sunkist® brand. Their breakthrough line of seasoned almond slices, Sunkist‚ Almond Accents, has surpassed all sales projections and is a rising star in produce departments across the United States. Paramount Farms is well known in the food industry for its "Quality From The Ground Up" vertical integration. With 52,000 acres of prime California almond and pistachio orchards, they produce more than 30 billion nuts annually at their 900,000 square foot state-of- the-art processing facility in Lost Hills, California. Paramount Farms is the only nut processor in the United States to receive ISO 9000 certification, and they maintain meticulous quality controls and a rigorous HACCP program for food production, handling, and storage. The Synergy Consulting Group has been retained by the Houston based Saltgrass Steak House chain which operates twenty mid-scale steak houses and two seafood concepts in Houston and Dallas, Texas. Synergy will be the innovation and efficiency engine that will develop memorable and crave able menu selections and fine-tune the concept for rapid growth and expansion. "Our goal is to continue adding value to the Saltgrass and Babin's brand."

concept—Chinese Gourmet Express, located in over 110 prominent malls
across the country. "Our goal is to help Chinese Gourmet Express become even more successful by creating sound operating systems and recipes that can be consistently executed."
