Tai Pak Success Story
In recent years, Tai Pak has sought Synergy’s expertise to address the challenges a growing brand often faces, specifically with throughput, guest satisfaction and consistency across locations. Tai Pak also desired to improve its post-6 p.m. daypart plus takeout and delivery sales.
Tai Pak first engaged Synergy to perform brand and operations assessments in order to understand existing systems. This phase culminated in a number of changes, including a new logo, a new-to-market Cantonese/Mexican menu category (dubbed Mexicanese), and mechanisms to promote dessert and beverage sales. These ideas were inspired by Discovery Tours in Mexico City, Culiacan and Monterrey.
