Nestled in the heart of Gatlinburg, Taco Trail fuels outdoor enthusiasts with bold, flavor-packed offerings like Hiker Trash Nachos, Queso Mac & Cheese, and a full lineup of tacos and burritos. Synergy played a key role in menu development, designing offerings that deliver big flavor while keeping kitchen operations efficient. And, of course, what’s an adventure without a celebratory $6 margarita?

Meanwhile, Mangiamo Italian Market & Deli set out to deliver an authentic taste of Italy – right from a thoughtfully transformed gas station in the heart of Celina, TX. In addition to menu development, Synergy assisted Mangiamo with operational systems, staff training, and on-site opening support. We helped refine their menu for profitability and presentation, ensuring every dish — from deli classics to pasta favorites — delivered an exceptional guest experience.
